Our story
With over 10 years working as Training Manager for a major contractor, Colette set up skills4construction in 2010. The goal was to provide a flexible and affordable support service to construction companies that didn’t have the luxury of their own training department.
Embarking on its 10th anniversary, it was time for a refresh with new name and brand identity to better reflect the business. After great thought, deliberation and patience from Creative Lakes, Skills Fix was born.
What do we do?
Skills Fix is here to help construction workers and companies ensure long-term continuity and profitability. We know that to deliver quality projects safely and efficiently, developing the skills of its employees is crucial.
Naturally, developing these skills and keeping abreast of training is not without cost, but, this is where we come in. We can maximise your workforce competence whilst minimising your training costs.
